15 minute workout

As it has just been Healthy Bones week, we thought we would put together a quick high intensity workout that fits in well with our busy schedules. Exercise can sometimes go on the back burner when we are so busy, but it is important to keep  moving. It is so important for our bones, to keep weight off and for the prevention of osteoporosis!


Here goes!

  • 20 squats
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 calf raises
  • 40 second wall sit
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 40 second wall sit
  • 20 sumo squats
  • 30 leg lowers
  • 10 pushups
  • 50 crunches.

Repeat this 3-4 times depending on how you’re feeling! If you find this too easy you can add 5-10kg dumbbells in each hand when doing squats and lunges.
