17 Mar Gluten Free Pancakes

Do you suffer from gluten intolerance or coeliac disease and miss pancakes in your life? I know I do, but also know that you shouldn’t have to go without. We’ve got a great Gluten Free Pancake recipe for you to try that doesn’t involve any gluten and tastes delicious.
You will need:
- 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup almond meal
- 1⁄4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1⁄2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup crushed walnuts
- 3-4 tbsp almond milk
- Handful of berries
- Coconut/greek yogurt
Just 5 Easy Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- In a non-stick frypan add 1/2 tsp of organic coconut oil
- Spoon mixture into the frypan to the desired size of your choice
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Top with fresh berries and yogurt.
