Pick-me-up Berry Smoothie

We love trying new recipes here at Complete Health Care Sunbury. If you’re a person that reaches for that chocolate bar or chips for an afternoon pick me up please keep reading! This Berry Smoothie recipe is quick, easy, and delicious and a great snack to keep you going through the morning or to tie you over till dinner.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup fresh/frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of natural protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of milk of choice or coconut water/ filtered water
  • 1 handful of ice

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. A delicious snack or meal to keep you full without the added sugar or crap.
