As the warmer weather is starting to kick in, we love the idea of having a refreshing smoothie in the morning to start our day off right. This Cinnamon Banana Smoothie has the right mix of protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates to keep you fuelled for your morning ahead.
The Cinnamon, Banana Smoothie Requires:
- 1 frozen Banana
- Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 serve of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of walnuts
- Handful of almonds
- I cup of almond milk/ milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt (optional)
- 1 tsp stevia/honey
- squeeze of lemon
- 1 cup ice
Add all ingredients into a powerful blender for up to 45 seconds. Top with chopped nuts and enjoy this delicious Cinnamon Banana Smoothie!
